STUDIO SHOOT PRICELIST

HYROX BASE BUILDER

Our Hyrox Base Builder class will help you build the aerobic conditioning that’s necessary for Hyrox racing. A class backed by science, not just movement, this class is intended to keep you in heart rate zones 2 with some sprinkles in zone 3. Strap on one of our heart rate monitors and lower the intensity while you build that aerobic base to develope your fitness!
HYROX THRESHOLD

Our Hyrox Threshold class will test you with intensity! This class is based on science, intended to give you that zone 4 threshold work that’s needed to enure the intensity of a full Hyrox race. Strap on one of our heart rate monitors and use our techniology to dial in your training for maximum results!
HYROX FOUNDATION

Each class will focus on 1-2 stations in order to truly break these stations down and give you the time needed to master them and shave time off your next race! This is much more of a technical class, not as much as a workout as you get from our Hyrox HR class, Strength and Simulation. So be prepared to slow things down and dial in the technical aspects of the movements of Hyrox.
HYROX STRENGTH

A great compliment to our heart pounding HYROX HR class this class slows down the pace and helps you build strength and power for your next HYROX race.
BOOTY

If you’re looking to build your glutes or simply looking for an amazing lower body workout, this is your class.
TIGHTEN & TONE

A total body resistance training class that helps you tighten and tone your physique.

SIMULATION

SATURDAY 8 AM
Elevate your fitness game with our advanced dynamic HYROX simulations tailored to help you shine in a real HYROX race. We lighten the load a bit for the runs and swap out the 1k runs for 500m while you and your partner smash through the full reps of all 8 stations. Grab a partner, find your pace and come smash their HYROX simulation.In order to offer a simulation this class must start in waves/heats which will then require some people to wait to start. Please be aware that you will often times need the full 90 minutes of this class.
HYROX
DICE GAME

WEDNESDAY 10 AM
Instead of choosing your movements, the dice determines the workout flow.
The class starts with a 500m run, followed by dice-led HYROX movements.
At the 20-minute mark, you’ll complete a 1km run.You earn points as you go.
In the final 6 minutes, points are doubled.
Finish strong and collect as many points as possible for the final challenge.
